Strategy Labs (current)

Vice President of Technology & Data Innovation · Jan 2024 – present Spokane, WA

  • Build and productize Fulcrum — Strategy Labs’ brand intelligence platform. Marketing, financial, and customer data unified into one system, with a growing set of AI tools layered on top. Now being productized as standalone SaaS non-clients can subscribe to.
  • Own the agency’s data infrastructure: ad platform ingestion, CRM and e-commerce normalization, reporting pipeline, and the AI layer on top.
  • Run our applied AI strategy — embedding agents into client workflows, ops tooling, and internal team processes.
  • Build AI tooling for internal use: call analysis pipelines, semantic search over business data, reporting infrastructure agents can query directly.
  • Drive AI adoption across the agency — training, workflow design, and building infrastructure that makes AI outputs usable by people who aren’t developers.
  • Partner with agency leadership on where AI and data create lasting advantage for clients and the agency.

Strategy Labs (previously)

Director of Media Operations · May 2019 – Jan 2024 Spokane, WA

Led the agency’s media team. Ran campaign planning and performance measurement for clients across retail, apparel, financial services, and regional brands. As the team grew, the need for real data infrastructure became obvious, so I built it — reporting pipelines, attribution, and what eventually became Fulcrum. That work came out of the marketing problem. Total tenure at Strategy Labs: 7+ years.

Faithlife

Digital Marketing Manager · Jul 2017 – Apr 2019 Bellingham, WA

In-house performance marketing for a mix of B2B and B2C software products. Owned a ~$1M budget — paid search, social, display. Built attribution, ran CRO across multiple product lines, handled digital strategy for launches. Working alongside product and editorial teams meant the marketing couldn’t hide. It had to hold up against people who knew the products cold.

Before that: arts direction, retail, camp programming. It’s not a straight line to data and AI, but there’s a line.
