The main thing

Fulcrum. Our Next.js app for client ad-platform data and dashboards. We're turning it into something non-clients can sign up for. They plug in their ad accounts, they see how their performance stacks up against the rest of our book. That's where most of my technical hours go.

Who I'm working closely with

• Jason Wilson, SVP. My direct supervisor. Leadership, strategy, ops.
• Ramsey Pruchnic, founder. Increasingly on AI and agent stuff. What an agency actually looks like when agents are inside the workflow, not bolted on top.

Side bets

A handful of smaller things in flight: agent infrastructure, MCP servers, internal tools, a few client builds. The full list is on /projects.

Outside work

• Little Farm School (opens in a new tab). The farm-based preschool my wife and I started on our property in 2022. Kids, animals, mud, imagination. They call me Farmer Scott.
• Reading, family, marriage work, trying to be a better version of myself than yesterday.
