Hi, I’m Scott Ellis

I build data products and AI systems. My day job is running technology and data at Strategy Labs — most of that job has become: build the platforms.

Fulcrum started as internal client data infrastructure and is becoming a brand intelligence platform — marketing, financial, and customer data unified into one system, with a growing set of AI tools layered on top. One of those tools listens to every customer call and lets anyone on the team query the history in plain English. A separate food-cost tool is in private beta — photo a supplier invoice, see which price changes will hurt margin.

I’m not a developer. I ship with AI agents, mostly Claude Code, and I own the product and architecture decisions. The agents write the code. The calls are mine.
